While one of our products may not contain allergens, we want to inform you that, due to the variety of ingredients used in our kitchen, there is a possibility of cross-contamination.
Cakes featuring colored icing may contain additives such as E102, E124, E110, E112, and E119. We want to make you aware that these colors could potentially affect activity levels and attention in some children.
Please note that our kitchen utilizes DAIRY, EGGS, GLUTEN, and SOYA in our recipes. Additionally, we handle products that contain nuts.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide the best service and quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order:
1. Advance Orders (7 Days or More)
Orders placed 7 days or more in advance are non-refundable if cancelled. However, you may request to reschedule the date, subject to availability.
2. Wedding & Customised Cakes
For wedding and customised cake orders:
If cancelled at least one month in advance, 25% of the total order value will be retained as a non-refundable fee.
The remaining balance will be refunded.
You may also choose to change the date instead of cancelling, subject to availability.
3. Order Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances or inconvenience, you will receive a full refund.
