• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, ingredients and materials may have already been prepared, so we cannot guarantee a refund.

• For last-minute cancellations, please contact us directly to discuss possible options.

2. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once the order has been collected or delivered.

• If there is an issue with the quality or design of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery with clear photos and details.

• We will review the concern and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

3. Collection & Delivery

• Please check your order carefully at the time of collection or delivery.

• Once the product leaves our premises, we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused during transport, storage, or handling.

4. Allergies & Intolerances

• Our cakes may contain or come into contact with nuts, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, or other allergens.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering.

• We cannot offer refunds for issues related to undisclosed allergies.
